2017년 1차 Rhpapsody전시 이후 4년여만에 2021 the Rhapsody전에서 Blue Bayou로 전시
2017년, 강신호(사진), 박성태(사진), 찰리(조각)세 사람은 고흥의 '남포미술관'초대전을 개최하며 형식과 틀에 매이지 않은 내면의 언어를 매해 작품으로 표출해보자는 의미로 'the rhapsody'라는 표제를 부여 하였으나 주변 여건으로 인하여 4년여의 공백은 2021년 랩소디를 개최하는 발로가 되었다. 2021년 찰리(조각)의 돌산자연예술학교 개관에 맞추어 지역의 Artist 정원주(회화)를 Guest로 영입하여 4인전으로 2021 Rhapsody는 진행된다. . 여수 돌산자연예술학교는 아이들의 대안공간이다. 성창희 교장(조각가 찰리의 아내)은 아이들이 경쟁보다는 조화를 배울 수 있는 기회를 갖게하고, 아이들이 가장 좋아하는 것이 [어른]이 되었으면 좋겠다는 바램으로 학교 운영목표를 가지고 있다. . 2021 랩소디전은 기존 전시의 개념을 탈피 해 보고자 하는 세 작가의 바램에 부흥하여 기존 자연 예술학교내의 시설물인 작업실, 도서관, 등대, 구조잠수정에 작품들이 전시되며 the Rhapsody의 세 작가와 Guest 작가는 각자의 부제를 가지고 전시를 구성한다.

In 2017, Shinho Kang (photo), Seongtae Park (photo), and Charlie (sculpture) held an invitational exhibition at the Nampo Museum of Art in Goheung. The title of 'The Rhapsody' was given, but due to the surrounding conditions, the four-year gap became the cornerstone of holding the Rhapsody in 2021. In accordance with the opening of the Dolsan Natural Art School by Charlie (sculpture) in 2021, the 2021 Rhapsody will be held with a four-person exhibition recruiting a local artist Wonju Jeong(Artist) as a guest. Yeosu Dolsan Natural Art School is an alternative space for children. Principal Changhee Seong (sculptor Charlie's wife) has the goal of running the school with the hope that children have an opportunity to learn harmony rather than competition, and that children want to become "Adults" who they like most. The 2021 Rhapsody Exhibition revives the wishes of the three artists to break away from the concept of existing exhibitions, and works are displayed in the workshop, library, lighthouse, and rescue submarine, which are facilities within the existing natural arts school. Organize the exhibition with the subtitle of each other.

언제 끝날지 모르는 잔혹한 시간들이 쌓여 간다. 사회적 혼란은 내 사사로운 영역으로 감염되어 정신적, 육체적으로 고문을 가하는 시간들이 이어졌다. 탈출로를 찾아내는 것 조차도 무의미한 착각으로 오인 되었던 시간들이 어느 순간에 별리되어 위안을 안기며 하나씩 제자리를 찾아 들어선다. 난 혹독한 겨울을 보내며 내 주변의 살아있거나, 남겨진 것들을 보며, 그 것들은 시간의 영혼을 치유하기 위한 봄의 조각들 임을 알게 된다. 겨울이 떠난다. 찬연한 봄을 남기기 위해 겨울이 그리 혹독 했던 게다.

Cruel times are being piled up, which never knows when they will end. Social turmoil has infected my private realm, and times have continued to torture me mentally and physically. Even finding an escape route was considered meaningless, but it was an illusion. At some point over time, the debris of winter returned to the place where I was staying, giving me comfort and hope. During the harsh winter, I saw the things that were alive or left around me, and I found them to be pieces of spring to heal the soul of time. Winter is leaving. Winter was so harsh to meet the bright spring.
